Submit anytime between August 18th - September 5th for upperclassmen and August 18th - October 16th for freshmen and transfer students. We are looking for thoughtful answers, with a clear demonstrated interest in joining our team and wanting to take initiative.
We will be conducting one-on-one interviews with applicants. You can expect behavioral questions, and one technical question and one brain teaser if applying to R&D subteams. The technical question and brain teaser is meant to gauge your problem-solving process and ability to communicate, not if you get the right answer. Being able to form and verbalize an approach to a problem you face will be a common occurrence as we troubleshoot on our projects, and we are not expecting correct answers to any of the questions we ask. Just a genuine effort!
